Van’s Institutional Pharmacy has been serving patients and facilities in West Tennessee for over 15 years. We are licensed in the states of Tennessee, Arkansas, and Kentucky, and provide services for patients of long-term-care facilities, assisted living facilities, and supported living homes across the mid-south. Being a small, locally owned independent pharmacy allows us to offer custom solutions and personal service that we believe sets us apart from larger corporate pharmacies.
